When will my order ship?
Order processing takes 2-3 days. After being processed, the the shipping time based on chosen delivery service begins. For Example, for standard shipping, the processing time (2-3 days) plus delivery time (5-8 days) may take 7-10 days to arrive. Expedited options such as UPS Ground are available at an additional cost.

Free standard shipping within the United States is offered for all orders over $99.99 (before taxes and discounts).

International Shipping - based on UPS and DHL Shipping Rates
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Express or Overnight Shipping?
If you need overnight service please email us at service@theblackunicornshop.com. Overnight shipping costs vary when available.
What delivery methods do you use?
Standard shipping within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico is provided through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International Shipping is provided by either UPS or DHL.
Signature upon delivery is required for orders and orders over $500.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account. Each shipment will have a link to click for tracking information.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that large packages or bulky items may not be able to ship to a PO Box.
What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
We will work to resolve this problem immediately. Please email service@theblackunicornshop.com so we can make it right.
Return Policy
Can I return a product purchased on The Black Unicorn Shop website?
You may return any unused product ordered from the The Black Unicorn Shop website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding Packing note with a written reason for the return. Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Products that are determined to be defective may be exchanged for a similar or like item for up to 30 Days from the date of purchase, provided the original item is either 1) sent back to The Black Unicorn Shop or 2) pictures of item provided to The Black Unicorn Shop Customer Care Department. Whether item is sent back or pictures are requested will be determined by Customer Care Department.
