What are your shipping costs?

Free standard shipping within the United States is offered for all orders over $99.99 (before taxes).

*Standard Shipping within the United States - $5.99 flat rate 5-7 Business Days

*Standard Shipping for bedding within the United States - $9.99 flat rate 5-7 Business Days

UPS 3 Day Select Shipping - based on UPS Shipping Rates

International Shipping - based on DHL Shipping Rates

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Express or Overnight Shipping?

If you need overnight service please email us at service.theblackunicornshop@gmail.com.  Overnight shipping costs vary when available.

When will my items ship?

In stock items ship within 72 hours. 

What delivery methods do you use?

Standard shipping within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico is provided through USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days. International Shipping is provided by DHL.

Should you need your order to arrive earlier for any reason, please select one of the expedited shipping options at checkout (USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). Expedited shipping applies once your order leaves our warehouse.

Signature upon delivery is required for orders and orders over $500. 

How do I track my order?

Log in to your account. Each shipment will have a link to click for tracking information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that large packages or bulky items may not be able to ship to a PO Box.

Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at service.theblackunicornshop@gmail.com to request a return authorization number and instructions for return.

We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in original condition for refund or exchange. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a full refund.

Please keep in mind we are a small business and all of our pieces are made with love and care. We inspect every piece closely before shipping and cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur after wear.

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

We will work to resolve this problem immediately. Please email service.theblackunicornshop@gmail.com so we can make it right.
