When will my order ship?
Order processing takes 2-3 days. After being processed, the the shipping time based on chosen delivery service begins. For Example, for standard shipping, the processing time (2-3 days) plus delivery time (5-8 days) may take 7-10 days to arrive. Expedited options such as UPS Ground are available at an additional cost.
What are your shipping costs?
Free standard shipping within the United States is offered for all orders over $99.99 (before taxes and discounts).
UPS Shipping - based on UPS Shipping Rates
International Shipping - based on USPS, UPS, and DHL Shipping Rates. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Express or Overnight Shipping?
If you need overnight service please email us at service@theblackunicornshop.com. Overnight shipping costs vary when available.
What delivery methods do you use?
Standard shipping within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico is provided through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International Shipping is provided by either UPS or DHL.
Signature upon delivery is required for orders and orders over $500.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account. Each shipment will have a link to click for tracking information.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that large packages or bulky items may not be able to ship to a PO Box.
What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
